Studio 525 offers ground-floor, street-level load-in with oversized 11.5’ x 11.5’ entry doors, allowing vehicles and large-scale installs to move directly into the space. The front doors are fully brandable with vinyl, pop-out exterior builds, and blade sign takeovers for a powerful street-level presence. A spacious coat check includes coat racks, storage shelves, and is large enough to double as an extra back office right by the front door.
