Bare Minerals Celebrated 25 Years of their Original Foundation at Studio525

At Studio525, we had the incredible opportunity to partner with bareMinerals and their sister brand BUXOM, led by the event company East of Ellie to create an elegant and immersive brand activation event. The moment guests arrived, they were greeted with a stunning display of bareMinerals and BUXOM logos, ensuring they were in the right place for this extraordinary occasion. To add an element of privacy and exclusivity, we incorporated window frosting, setting the stage for a memorable and intimate affair.

One of the highlights of the event was the interactive photo moment, where guests posed against a captivating wall of champagne, surrounded by lush greenery, perfectly embodying bareMinerals' clean beauty mission. A waterfront dinner was a natural choice for a natural beauty brand like bareMinerals, and a serene ocean view to the city that never sleeps through projection mapping on our 40' long by 16' high wall, seamlessly blending two images together.

For the table settings, every detail was meticulously hand-picked to complete the seaside experience. Rippled glass salad plates, iridescent dinner plates resembling seashells, and blue table chargers added a touch of coastal charm. BareMinerals Full of/Free of campaign was seamlessly integrated into the design, with beautiful flower vases throughout the venue, filled with white flowers and blush accents, a nod to BUXOM.

Guests were treated to personalized name cards written in calligraphy on delicate seed paper, bringing an eco-friendly touch to the event. The photo op room became a hub of guest experiences, allowing attendees to interact with the brand on a personal level. Messages of well-wishes were pinned on the same seed paper used for name cards and later planted back into the ground by Grow NYC, demonstrating the Power of Good.

An exciting photo booth offered guests the chance to take memorable snapshots and "boomerangs" with either the bareMinerals or BUXOM branding. The BUXOM bar showcased the brand's bold style with a statement wall decal in their signature shade "Dolly" and lip-shaped mirrors. Specialty cocktails, custom napkins, and an ombre macaroon display celebrating the shades of bareMinerals Original Foundation added delightful touches to the evening.

Throughout the event, guests experienced an on-brand journey that breathed new life into the beloved bareMinerals brand. We were thrilled to help celebrate bareMinerals' exceptional product launch and create a truly unforgettable experience for all attendees.
